Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to join the Inclusive Collection Sales Team in Southern California. You will collaborate with the North America and Global Field Sales teams to drive revenue and expand the agency network through strategic partnerships and engaging training.

You’ll manage a territory across four states, travel up to 75%, and lead product trainings, FAM trips, and participation in industry events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years equivalent experience in sales/marketing.
• 2–3+ years in field sales or business development within the travel industry.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% (domestic & international).

Responsibilities

• Drive Inclusive Collection sales and growth within your territory across 4 states.
• Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with travel agencies and advisors.
• Deliver product trainings, FAM trips, and represent Hyatt at industry events.
