Responsibilities

• Establish daily, weekly and monthly prospecting and sales goals and organize work for productive results.
• Build relationships and create customers for life; assist with vehicle selections by listening to needs.
• Know the product offerings, options, latest technology and aftermarket products and services.
• Demonstrate vehicles professionally and perform detailed product demonstrations.
• Follow-up with buyers to encourage referrals and repeat business.
• Learn to overcome objections and comply with regulations (DMV, state, federal).
• Report to the Sales Manager on activities and progress.
• Bring a positive attitude and strong work ethic every day.
• Close sales efficiently to maximize gross profit and correctly calculate transaction details.
• Provide post-sale follow-up to ensure satisfaction and repeat purchases.
