The Thompson Organization is seeking motivated individuals to join our Automotive BDC / Internet Sales team in a full-time role in Bucks County, PA. Earn up to $85,000 per year as you learn and grow with our supportive dealership group.

No experience is required—we train the right candidate and provide opportunities to advance within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Expect rotating evenings and Saturdays as part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• No automotive or BDC experience required — we will train the right candidate!
• Previous automotive sales or BDC experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, phone, and customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• FOCUS CRM experience is a plus.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer communications by phone, email, text, and CRM.
• Respond promptly to internet leads and customer inquiries.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales team.
• Build rapport with customers and identify their vehicle needs.
• Follow dealership processes to maximize appointment show rates and sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer records and activity within the CRM.
• Work closely with the sales team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Meet individual performance goals and department metrics.

The Thompson Organization is expanding our Business Development Center (BDC) / Internet Sales Department, and we’re looking for motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our growing team!

No experience necessary — we’re willing to train the right person! Whether you’re an experienced automotive BDC professional or looking to start a new career, we provide the training and support to help you succeed. We’re seeking individuals with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a desire to grow with one of the area’s most respected automotive dealer groups.
