The Thompson Organization in Doylestown, PA is seeking an Accounting Clerk to support our finance team. Responsibilities include posting accounts receivable, reconciling customer accounts, processing vendor payments, and handling warranty receivables.

Job description

The Thompson Organization is actively hiring an Accounting Clerk for its multi-franchised automotive dealership.

Responsibilities include- posting accounts receivables, reconciling customer accounts, processing vendor payments, posting and reconciling warranty receivables, reconciling intercompany transactions and other office duties assigned by the Controller. This position reports to our Doylestown office.

This is a full-time position. Monday through Friday 830am-5pm
