Job summary

Sloane Toyota of Philadelphia in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a motivated Business Development Center Agent to join our team in a full-time capacity. The BDC helps manage customer relationships by making appointments and following up with internet leads.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work evenings and Saturdays, and log customer sources accurately. Prior telemarketing or internet sales experience is a plus, with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with internet customers and prospects according to their preferred method of communication (phone, email or in person)
• Manage Internet sales leads, respond to inquiries in a timely fashion, and answer questions on available stock and product performance
• Maintain an ongoing customer database to capture repeat business
• Keep website up-to-date with vehicle specifications and availability
• Schedule appointments with interested buyers for test drives and delivery of vehicles
