South Shore Kia in Smithtown, NY is seeking an Automotive BDC Representative to monitor and follow up on customer leads received via internet, phone, and dealership visits. The role emphasizes outstanding customer service and effective communication.

• Set, confirm, and follow up on appointments and sales.
• Conduct surveys with customers.

• Following and maintaining relationship with former customers
• Monitoring and contacting internet leads
• Determining each customer's vehicle needs by active listening
• Learning, understanding, and following call, text and email scripts
• Setting, confirming, and following up on appointments sales
• Performing surveys with customers
• Other duties as required

Requirements (Bilingual Candidates)
