Responsibilities

• Execute work as specified on the repair order efficiently and in line with dealership standards
• Conduct test drives, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment to assess vehicle performance
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning
• Communicate effectively with Service Advisors, providing estimates for additional repairs and keeping customers informed
• Uphold Cavender's commitment to exceptional service
