CardinaleWay VW is seeking an energetic, customer-focused Sales BDC Representative to join our team. You will respond to internet leads, inbound calls, and customer inquiries while scheduling appointments for the sales team.

This role requires building rapport, maintaining CRM records, and meeting daily and monthly appointment and sales goals. Prior customer service or sales experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service, call center, or sales experience preferred.
• Automotive dealership or BDC experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent phone etiquette and professional demeanor.
• Basic computer proficiency and CRM experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to internet leads, phone calls, text messages, and emails.
• Schedule sales appointments for prospective customers.
• Follow up with unsold prospects using CRM tools.
