Job summary

Karl Malone Motorsports of Colorado Springs is seeking an in-house Title Clerk and Accounting Assistant to support accounts payable/receivable, tax, and title documentation. You will process registrations, manage general ledger entries, and collaborate with sales and service teams in a family-centered dealership environment.

Ideal candidates are strong communicators with attention to detail, proficient with accounting software, and capable of handling public interactions by phone or in person.

Qualifications

• Must be a strong communicator and listener.
• Experience with computer accounting, data entry, and reporting systems is a plus.
• Attention to detail and ability to see tasks through.
• Ability to interact well with the public in person and over the phone.
• Excellent personal discipline, time management, and organization.
• Enthusiastic personality with a team player attitude.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct customer inquiries.
• Process new and used vehicles for registration.
• Prepare tax and title documents.
• Submit all legal transfer work to the Department of Motor Vehicles.
• Perform a variety of accounting and bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Provide support within the accounting team as needed.
• Aide in maintaining positive relationships with customers, teammates, sales teams, and dealership management.
