Job summary

Toyota of New Orleans is seeking a BDC Representative to handle inbound and outbound service inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing information to guests. You will gather guest data, follow scripts, and collaborate with fellow BDC team members to ensure high guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and customer service skills, be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and adhere to Do Not Call and privacy guidelines while coordinating with dealership

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication via phone, one-on-one and online.
• Proficient in basic math and writing skills.
• Ability to use computer and phone systems.
• Proven customer service track record or obvious desire to provide next level customer service.
• Comfortable in a high paced, competitive environment.
• Pass drug testing, MVR/Insurability, background investigation/interview.

Responsibilities

• Handle all guest inquiries with a focus on 100% guest satisfaction.
• Receive inbound calls on service needs with a goal to establish a firm appointment date and time for the consumer to visit the Dealership.
• Project a friendly and helpful demeanor while answering questions and inquiries from guests, and providing general or related service appointment information.
• Gather and track all guest data as directed; accurately enter into our database.
• Utilize scripts when provided to address guest inquiries and concerns to meet the dealership's and manufacturer's objectives.
• Work in close proximity with other BDC Representatives in a team based environment.
• Facilitate timely follow up on all internet leads as directed by management and/or procedures.
• Strictly adhere to all company direction related to the National Do Not Call List and Privacy Acts.
• Communicate with the dealership management or front-line employees on behalf of our guests.
• Participate in departmental and dealership meetings; other duties as assigned by management.
