Job summary

Shushilan LTD is seeking an Assistant Business Development Officer in a Bangladesh-based role focusing on research, BD documents, and project documentation. Qualifications

• Master's degree from a reputed university.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in research, M&E, fundraising, proposals, or business development.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Bangla.
• Proficiency in MS Office and analytics tools such as AI, SPSS or STATA.

Responsibilities

• Prepare EOIs, project proposals, concept notes, tenders and other BD documents.
• Develop project documentation, monitoring reports, and research reports.
• Support monitoring, research, data analysis, and knowledge management.
• Maintain communication with clients, donors, and project teams.
• Use AI and digital tools to enhance productivity and deliver quality work on time.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
