• Proposal and grant development support for BD team (templates, resumes, SharePoint).
• Technical support for BD processes and CRM/SharePoint operations.
• Identify and document tech solutions to improve BD operations and CRM enhancements.
• Administrative support for BD processes and training initiatives.
