Dynamic Aviation is seeking a Business Development Operations Analyst to enhance CRM administration, pipeline reporting, and cross-functional coordination. The role supports BD leadership with market intelligence and data-driven decision making.

The position blends operations and analytics, requiring experience with CRM systems, strong Excel skills, and ability to work across Program Management, Engineering, and Operations. Hybrid work setup with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience.
• 5+ years experience in government markets or related fields preferred.
• Experience with CRM systems (administrator-level preferred), including Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and manages BD team calendars, meetings, and key events.
• Prepares agendas, captures action items, and tracks follow-ups.
• Plans and executes internal and external meetings, including logistics and travel coordination.
• Supports travel coordination for BD leadership and expense reporting.
• Maintains BD processes and track/report AS9100 metrics.
• Develops dashboards, reports, and automated workflows to support pipeline visibility.
