Vertical Aviation International, Inc. is seeking a curious, analytical Data, BI & AI Analyst to advance our data, BI, and AI initiatives.

You will work with the Technical Director and stakeholders to support reporting, dashboards, and the DAVE data program. This hybrid role offers growth as we expand data and analytics capabilities, including AI tool implementation and governance, data quality, and documentation for broader decision-making across the organization.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Machine Learning, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of Excel, data analysis, data cleaning, reporting concepts, and related tools such as SQL, Python, BI platforms, data visualization, or machine learning.
• Interest in artificial intelligence, practical business applications of AI, and continued learning in emerging technologies.

Aufgaben

• Support Zoho Analytics rollout and ongoing adoption.
• Create, maintain, and improve dashboards and reports across departments.
• Collect, validate, analyze, and document data for organizational reporting.
• Partner with staff to identify reporting needs and improvement opportunities.
• Assist with data collection, research, cleaning, and analysis.
• Prepare data for dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
• Document data sources, requirements, and assumptions.
• Support new data use cases, analytics opportunities, and AI/ML initiatives.
• Follow AI governance, privacy, and data-use standards.
