Job summary

ttg Talent Solutions is seeking a Business Development Executive for South Florida to drive pipeline growth in structural restoration and concrete repair for condo, commercial, and hospitality properties.

The role centers on relationship-building with CAMs, HOA boards, engineers, and property managers, while in‑house teams handle estimating and project execution. Expect uncapped OTE with strong growth potential.

Qualifications

3+ years in B2B business development or relationship sales.
Strong local network with CAMs, HOA boards, engineers, or ability to build one quickly.
Proven ability to build a pipeline and manage long sales cycles.
Valid Florida driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 60%.
Active membership in CAI, BOMA, FAPM, ULI, FRLA, or related associations is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, Real Estate or related field a plus.

Responsibilities

Network and pipeline development with CAMs, HOA/condo boards, engineers, and property managers.
Track permit filings, reserve studies, and milestone inspections to win restoration projects.
Represent the firm at trade associations and client networking events.
Close high-ticket projects ranging from $1M to $30M.
Target engagement with property managers, engineers, hospitality, and developers.
