Latham & Watkins, a global law firm, seeks a Business Development Advisor – Content & Pitch Operations in Downtown Los Angeles. You will lead major content development initiatives, draft and edit materials, and support pitch processes with stakeholder input and attorney collaboration.

Responsibilities include managing complex content projects, improving foundations usability, coordinating with partners, and safeguarding confidential information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum six years of relevant business development and marketing experience in a legal or professional services environment.
• Minimum seven years of cumulative experience.

Responsibilities

• Managing complex content-development and refresh projects from planning through delivery, coordinating stakeholders, managing timelines, balancing multiple priorities, and driving completion.
• Collaborating with partners, lawyers, BD professionals, and senior stakeholders to gather input, resolve issues, secure approvals, and communicate status.
• Serving as administrator and resource for Foundation, managing content, templates, taxonomies, and data to support pitch enablement and data integrity.
• Leading initiatives to improve Foundation usability, content structures, workflows, reporting, and cross-functional adoption including migrations and governance.
• Managing intake and prioritization of content requests, maintaining standards for content quality and governance, driving process improvements.
• Protecting confidential and proprietary information maintained by Latham & Watkins.
