Latham & Watkins LLP in Downtown Los Angeles is seeking a Business Development Advisor – Content & Pitch Operations to lead major content initiatives and support pitch systems across the firm.

The role requires exceptional writing and editing, strong project management, and the ability to collaborate with partners, lawyers, BD colleagues, and cross‑functional teams in a hybrid work setting.

A bachelor’s degree and at least six years in legal BD/marketing are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum six years of relevant business development and marketing experience in a legal or professional services environment.
• Minimum seven years of cumulative experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead content-development projects from planning through delivery, coordinating stakeholders and driving completion.
• Collaborate with partners, lawyers, BD professionals and senior stakeholders to gather input and secure approvals.
• Serve as administrator for Foundation content, templates, taxonomies, configurations, and data to support pitch enablement and data integrity.
• Lead initiatives to improve usability, content structures, workflows, and governance with cross-functional teams.
• Manage intake and prioritization of content requests and drive process improvements.
• Protect highly sensitive, confidential, and proprietary information.
