Job summary

SourcePro Search, LLC is conducting a search for a Business Development Analyst with M&A experience. The role targets professionals with 3–5 years in a law firm and the ability to communicate with partners and senior executives.

A Bachelor's degree is required, and a JD or Master’s degree is a plus. The ideal candidate will collaborate with lawyers, Business Development, Communications, Branding & Creative Services, Events, and other staff to drive initiatives for the Firm’s global M&A

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; JD or Master’s degree is a plus.
• Three to five years in a law firm or professional services firm.
• Ability to communicate with partners and senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Support partners in preparing targeted pitches and deal sheets.
• Assist with league tables, directories, guides and surveys.
• Coordinate competitive intelligence research and market trends updates.
• Maintain CRM records of pitches, meetings and outreach.
• Coordinate content for internal/external marketing conferences with Events.
