Job description

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow BCM Developer / Sr. Developerwith hands-on expertise in ServiceNow Business Continuity Management (BCM)implementation, customization, integrations, and platform development. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting BCM capabilities aligned with business continuity and operational resilience requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, customize, and develop solutions within ServiceNow BCM module.
• Implement and support Business Continuity Plans (BCP), Business Impact Analysis (BIA), Crisis Management, Recovery Plans, and Testing/Exercise Management.
• Develop workflows, flows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, Script Includes, and catalog solutions.
• Build and maintain integrationsusing REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and external systems.
• Develop reports, dashboards, KPIs, and BCM operational analytics.
• Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, technical documentation, and deployment activities.
• Support defect fixes, enhancements, and production issue resolution.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams.
• Follow ServiceNow development best practices and platform governance standards.
