Job summary

Compleat KiDZ in North Carolina is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our in-clinic team with remote flexibility. You’ll conduct functional assessments, develop individualized plans, supervise RBTs, monitor learner progress, and partner with families for education.

This role offers a $100,000 base salary, relocation assistance, comprehensive medical/dental/vision and 401(k), plus PTO and holidays, reflecting our supportive clinical culture.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• NC licensure (or eligibility to obtain before start).
• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
• Complete initial assessments at nearby clinics (within 30 minutes of home clinic).
• Supervise RBTs and provide hands-on clinical support.
• Monitor learner progress and update programs as needed.
• Partner with families and caregivers through education and collaboration.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in line with guidelines.
