Job summary

Compleat KiDZ in North Carolina seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our in-clinic team with remote flexibility. You will manage caseloads, conduct assessments, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families to support meaningful improvements.

We offer a competitive base salary of $100,000, relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, and ongoing clinical support. In-clinic presence with some remote options fosters work/life balance.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• NC licensure or eligibility to obtain before start date.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Excellent assessment, case management, and documentation abilities.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
• Complete initial assessments at nearby clinics (within 30 minutes of home clinic).
• Supervise RBTs and provide hands-on clinical support.
• Monitor learner progress and update programs as needed.
• Partner with families and caregivers through education and collaboration.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in line with ethical and funding guidelines.
