Compleat KiDZ in North Carolina is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time, in-clinic position with remote flexibility. We value work/life balance, manageable caseloads, and strong clinical support.

• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• NC licensure or eligibility to obtain before start date.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
• Complete initial assessments at nearby clinics (within 30 minutes of home clinic).
• Supervise RBTs and provide hands-on clinical support.
• Monitor learner progress and update programs as needed.
• Partner with families and caregivers through education and collaboration.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation per ethical and funding guidelines.
