Job summary

Wellspring Lutheran Services – New Directions in Livonia is seeking a Behavioral Analyst / Treatment Coordinator (BCBA) to assess youth, design individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

You will coach staff, mentor families, participate in discharge planning, and support trauma-informed residential care to help youths build skills and independence.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
• BCBA credential is required and LBA is preferred.
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder.
• Experience with adolescents in residential settings and with standardized assessments such as AFLS/ABLLS/Vineland.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' strengths, needs, and goals to inform treatment approaches.
• Collaborate with youth, families, direct care staff, and therapists to implement individualized plans.
• Coach staff and provide parent training to support behavior change.
• Contribute to discharge planning and aftercare planning for youth.
