Job summary

Rebound Therapies is seeking a highly skilled Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Detroit, MI. You will lead ABA services for individuals with autism and related needs, conducting assessments and developing BIPs.

As a BCBA, you will supervise RBTs, collaborate with families and providers, monitor progress, and stay current with ABA research. Competitive pay, benefits, and a supportive multidisciplinary environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis preferred.
• BCBA license with BACB certification current.
• Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder and developmental disabilities.
• Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and functional behavior assessments to develop BIPs.
• Supervise and train RBTs and other staff members.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and service providers for coordinated treatment.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to families and caregivers.
• Stay updated with the latest ABA research and best practices.
