Job summary

NeurAbilities Healthcare in Cherry Hill, New Jersey is seeking a Full-Time Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will conduct behavioral assessments, develop intervention plans, and supervise ABA therapy programs for clients with ASD.

This role includes local travel and collaboration with families and school staff. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, generous PTO, 25 billable hours/week, CEU stipend, and leadership growth paths within a growing neurodevelopmental specialty

Qualifications

• Board certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA, BCBA-D).
• BCBA license for assigned state(s).
• 1+ years of experience as BCBA with clients with ASD.
• Experience using ABLLS, VB-MAPP, PEAK, Vineland, QABF, MAS, FAST and Functional Behavior Assessments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing behavioral assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments.
• Write comprehensive initial and ongoing behavior and skills assessment reports and treatment plans.
• Develop and implement ABA therapy programs and monitor progress through data and supervision.
• Provide consultation, training, and supervision to parents, school personnel, and staff per BACB standards.
• Provide field supervision of therapists in accordance with BACB standards.
