Job summary

NeurAbilities Healthcare in Allentown, PA is seeking a Full-Time Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to conduct assessments and develop individualized ABA interventions for clients with ASD. The BCBA will write reports, supervise staff, and collaborate with families and schools to optimize outcomes.

The role emphasizes travel up to local areas, adherence to BACB standards, and ongoing professional development including CEU support and advancement pathways.

Qualifications

Board-certified behavior analyst with active BCBA credential.
State(s) BCBA license in good standing.
1+ year experience working with clients with ASD.
Experience using standardized assessment tools (ABLLS, VB-MAPP, Vineland, QABF).

Responsibilities

Conduct initial and ongoing behavioral assessments and functional behavior assessments.
Write comprehensive assessment reports and treatment plans.
Develop and implement ABA programs with data-driven progress monitoring.
Provide supervision, training, and consultation to parents and school staff.
Supervise RBA Therapists per BACB standards.
