Job summary

Accel is seeking a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design and oversee individualized ABA-based intervention plans for individuals with developmental disabilities in a nonprofit setting. You will conduct FBAs/FA, collect and analyze data, collaborate with families and educators, and ensure HIPAA-compliant documentation while aligning with school districts and departments of education.

The position follows a 12-month, full-time schedule, Monday–Friday, 7:30am–3:30pm, with

Qualifications

Develop and monitor ABA-based behavior intervention plans.
Perform FBAs/FAs to support IBIPs.
Collect and analyze data to inform treatment decisions.
Coordinate with families, caregivers, and educators.
Prepare reports for supervisors and agencies in a timely manner.
Maintain HIPAA-compliant medical documentation.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and monitor ABA-based behavior intervention plans for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
Conducts Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and Functional Analyses (FA) to support IBIPs.
Collect and analyze data to inform treatment strategies and outcomes.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and educators to coordinate care and support services.
Develop program goals, protocols, teaching methods, and data collection systems with teachers and staff.
Submit reports to supervisors for distribution to parents and school districts.
