Job summary
NeurAbilities Healthcare in Allentown, PA is seeking a Full-Time Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to conduct assessments and develop intervention plans to improve client outcomes.
You will write reports, deliver ABA therapy programs, supervise staff, and collaborate with parents and school personnel while traveling locally up to 50%.

Qualifications
- Board certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA/BCBA-D).
- BCBA license for assigned state(s).
- 1+ year BCBA experience with ASD.
- Experience using ABLLS, VB-MAPP, PEAK, Vineland, QABF, MAS, FAST, and Functional Behavior Assessments.
- Maintain CEU requirements and BACB credential.
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial and ongoing behavioral assessments (FBA) and skills assessments.
- Write initial and ongoing behavior and skills assessment reports and treatment plans.
- Develop and implement ABA programs and monitor progress with data analysis.
- Provide supervision to parents, school staff, and therapists per BACB standards.
- Provide field supervision of RBTs/ABA Therapists per BACB standards.
