Job summary

Soar Autism Center in Englewood, CO is seeking a BCBA-in-training/Lead Case Supervisor who will supervise RBTs, update client goals, and participate in ESDM trainings. This role is designed for practicum hours toward BCBA certification and offers paid hours with a signing bonus plan.

You will work under a BCBA Local Clinical Trainer, provide direct therapy and case supervision, and have a clear path to a BCBA role upon successful exam completion.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in or recently completed a Master’s program for ABA.
• Be within ~400-600 hours of completing practicum hours to be eligible to sit for the BCBA Exam.
• Demonstrate excellent skills in building rapport with families as a behavior therapist.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a case supervisor for 3-5 client cases (20 paid unrestricted hours/week).
• Update client goals and programming using our data collection platform.
• Provide direct supervision to a team of RBTs.
• Participate in ESDM trainings to grow clinical skills.
• Write Behavior Intervention Plans using PFA and SBT.
• Training and coaching to be provided.
• Meet with families for Family Treatment Guidance meetings.
