Job summary

Soar Autism Center in Westminster, CO is hiring for a Lead Case Supervisor, a full-time, hourly role designed for students/trainees working toward BCBA certification and hours. You will supervise RBTs, adjust client goals, and receive ongoing supervision from a BCBA.

The position offers a signing bonus, exam bonuses, paid time off, study materials, and a guaranteed BCBA role after passing the exam, with location dependent on staffing needs.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in or recently completed a Master’s program for ABA.
• Be within ~400-600 hours of completing practicum hours to sit for the BCBA Exam.
• Demonstrate excellent skills in building rapport with families.
• Demonstrate coaching and supervision of RBTs for ESDM therapy.
• Desire to learn, grow, and accept feedback.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a case supervisor for 3-5 client cases (20 paid unrestricted hours/week).
• Update client goals and programming using our data platform.
• Provide direct supervision to a team of RBTs.
• Participate in ESDM trainings to grow clinical skills.
• Write BI Plans using PFA and SBT methods.
• Meet with families for Family Treatment Guidance meetings.
