Job summary

Soar Autism Center is seeking a Behavior Analyst in Training to serve as Lead Case Supervisor in Denver, CO. The role is designed for individuals nearing BCBA certification, accruing practicum hours, with paid hours and supervision.

You will supervise 3-5 client cases, provide direct therapy 10-20 hours/week, participate in ESDM trainings, and advance toward BCBA certification. We offer signing bonuses, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in or recently completed a Master’s program for ABA.
• Be within ~400-600 hours of completing practicum hours to sit for BCBA.
• Demonstrate rapport-building skills with families as a behavior therapist.
• Develop client programming and planning skills; coaching RBTs.
• Willingness to learn and accept feedback.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a case supervisor for 3-5 client cases (20 paid unrestricted hours/week).
• Update client goals and programming using our data platform.
• Provide direct supervision to a team of RBTs.
• Participate in ESDM trainings to grow clinical skills.
• Write BIPs using PFA and SBT approaches.
• Conduct Family Treatment Guidance meetings and training.
• Write assessment reports and re-assessments; collaborate with centers.
• Be part of interdisciplinary meetings with SLPs, OTs, and Psychologists.
• Conduct direct client therapy (10-20 hours/week) as needed.
