Job summary

Ambitions ABA Colorado is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality, in-home ABA therapy for children and support for their families. You’ll oversee the full therapy process, from assessment and treatment planning to staff supervision and parent collaboration.

In this role, you will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and train families and educators.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required or equivalent credential.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and management abilities.
• Passion for working with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments using standardized tools.
• Develop comprehensive ABA Treatment Plans.
• Supervise and train RBTs.
• Review session notes and provide constructive feedback.
• Conduct parent training sessions and quarterly team meetings.
• Collaborate with educators and related service providers as needed.
