Job summary

Apollo Behavior is seeking a BCBA and Case Supervisor for our Spartanburg center to provide expert clinical leadership and supervise treatment programs. You will collaborate with families, guide staff, and apply advanced ABA methods including Relational Frame Theory to improve client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology or related field is required.
• Strong competency in skill acquisition and behavior reduction techniques.
• Experience leading direct care clinical teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical consultation and oversee treatment programming for staff and clients.
• Collaborate with parents/caregivers to sustain client progress long-term.
• Develop and mentor other team members.
• Learn and implement ABA methods, including Relational Frame Theory / RFT.
• Attend trainings or conferences as needed.
