Job summary

The State of Utah in American Fork is seeking a BCBA Supervisor to lead and mentor the behavior department, overseeing BCBAs, BCaBAs, and trainees. You will assess client needs, develop plans, supervise staff, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide effective interventions.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification and be BACB-Recognized as a BCBA Supervisor.
• Experience supervising BCBAs, BCaBAs, RBTs, and trainees is required.
• Strong crisis intervention expertise and adult ID/DD work experience are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and supervise behavior department personnel, including BCBAs, BCaBAs, and behavior trainees.
• Assess client needs and develop/implement plans to meet those needs.
• Identify supervisee training needs and expand clinical knowledge and skills.
• Consult with team on treatment plans, discuss cases, and provide recommendations.
• Oversee data collection systems and collaborate with staff to improve services.
• Represent the department in leadership meetings and governance activities.
