Job summary

Little Champs ABA is seeking a highly motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Utah. You will assess, design and implement evidence-based treatment plans for clients with behavioral challenges and supervise behavior technicians.

You will collaborate with families and treatment teams, review progress data, and adjust interventions as needed. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification and Utah LBA license.
• Experience supervising behavior technicians and collaborating with families.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments to determine behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Design ABA curriculum plans, review, and update on a regular basis
• Design behavior intervention plans
• Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and other professionals
• Meet regularly with treatment team to discuss progress and make appropriate intervention changes
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
• Clinically review reports and session notes on a regular basis
• Analyze ABA data and implement data-driven program changes
• Write reports summarizing data and progress for each client supervised
