Job summary

Ambitions ABA Colorado is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality, in-home ABA therapy for children and support for families. You’ll oversee the full therapy process, from assessment and treatment planning to supervision of RBTs and parent collaboration.

The role offers in-person or hybrid opportunities, a flexible schedule, PTO, professional development assistance, and strong opportunities for career growth and collaboration with other BCBAs in a supportive team

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification required.
• Proficient with various assessment methods.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments using standardized tools.
• Develop comprehensive ABA Treatment Plans.
• Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Review session notes and provide constructive feedback.
• Conduct parent training sessions and quarterly team meetings.
• Collaborate with educators and related service providers as necessary.
