Job summary

Qualifications
- BCBA certification active in good standing.
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of ABA program experience for children with autism.
- Experience administering VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS-R, Brigance; conducting FBAs.
Responsibilities
- Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs.
- Design, implement, and oversee ABA programs for children with autism.
- Supervise and mentor RBTs and clinical staff, including ongoing training.
- Analyze data to evaluate progress and adjust treatment.
