Mindful Sprouts in Plantation, FL is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver ABA therapy across home, school, and community settings, guiding a team of Therapists and Coordinators to provide consistent, high‑quality services.

You’ll conduct assessments, develop individualized plans, train staff, and monitor progress to maximize outcomes for children with exceptionalities, with competitive salary, benefits, and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field; Ph.D. preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience serving individuals with ASDs.
• Strong knowledge of behavior-analytic therapies.
• Experience with staff training and supervision.
• Excellent writing and communication skills; highly organized.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Must pass criminal background screening.

Responsibilities

• Administer, conduct, evaluate, and supervise the implementation of behavioral assessment measures.
• Develop individualized goals and behavior support plans based on functional assessment data.
• Train Registered Behavioral Technicians in program implementation and data systems.
• Conduct regular caregiver/teacher training.
• Provide weekly supervision meetings with Registered Behavioral Technicians.
• Update client programs and materials.
• Arrive at appointments and respond to correspondence promptly.
• Maintain professional conduct and respect for clients and staff.
• Meet with Clinical Director to discuss client progress.
• Maintain records and complete documentation in a timely manner.
• Maintain a billable caseload and hours per regulations.
• Participate in professional meetings for growth.
