As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you’ll deliver ABA therapy in a variety of settings—including homes, schools, and community locations.
In this role, you’ll conduct behavioral assessments, train caregivers, and develop individualized support plans. Furthermore, you will coordinate and evaluate the effectiveness of functional assessments, behavior plans, and educational strategies. As a supervisor, you’ll guide and support Behavioral Technicians and Program Coordinators to ensure high-quality, consistent service delivery. Responsibilities:
- Administer, conduct, evaluate, and supervisethe implementation ofbehavioral assessmentmeasures and functional assessment measures.
- Developindividualized goals and objectives for home, community, and school-based programs and designbehavior support plans based on functional assessment data.
- TeachRegistered Behavioral Technicians the proper implementation of clinical behavior programs and plans, data collection systems, and all necessary monitoring and reporting systems.
- Conductregular caregiver and/or teacher training.
- Be responsible forongoing individual programoversightand conducting weekly supervision meetings with Registered Behavior Technicians
- Updateclient program and materials.
- Arriveat appointments, meetings, training, etc. at the scheduled timeand returnphone calls, electronic mail, and other correspondence in a timely fashion.
- Conductself in a professional manner and treatall clients, customers, co-workers, and others with dignity, respect, and in a culturally sensitive manner.
- Meetregularly with the Clinical Director and notifyher/him immediately of issues impacting the client’s progress and satisfaction.
- Maintainrecords in accordance with policies and proceduresand completeall necessary documentation in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Maintaina billable caseload and documentbillable hours according to state and federal regulation.
- Participatein professional meetings or conferences deemed to be beneficial to Mindful Sprouts and professional growth.

Requirements:
- Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis,psychology, special education, social work, speech-language pathology, or related field required;Ph.D. preferred.
- At least 1 yearof experience serving individuals with ASDs or related diagnoses with a full range of skills and abilities (preferred).
- Strong knowledge and deep understanding of behavior-analytic therapies.
- Experience with staff training and supervision.
- Excellent writing and communication skills;be highly organized with the ability to multitask.
- Able to work well as part of a team.
- Must have successfully passed a criminal background screening.
