Job summary

Advanta Autism Care LLC is hiring a part-time BCBA to support clients in Aurora and the greater Denver Metro area. The role combines in-home, community-based, and telehealth supervision when clinically appropriate. We offer flexible scheduling and collaborate with clinicians to build schedules that support client needs and work-life balance.

Caseloads are kept manageable to ensure quality care. We are seeking a BCBA who is collaborative, clinically driven, and passionate about providing quality

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification through the BACB.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide ongoing supervision and support to RBTs and behavior technicians.
• Lead parent training and collaborate with caregivers to support consistency across environments.
• Review client progress and make data-based treatment decisions.
• Maintain documentation that meets BACB, HIPAA, and Colorado Medicaid standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary providers and community supports when appropriate.
• Participate in ongoing clinical collaboration and team communication.
