Job summary

Advanta Autism Care LLC is seeking a part-time BCBA to support clients in the Aurora and Denver Metro area. This remote position offers flexible scheduling, a manageable caseload, and collaboration with a supportive team.

You will conduct functional behavior assessments, supervise RBTs, train parents, and ensure documentation meets BACB, HIPAA, and Colorado Medicaid standards. Join a growing organization delivering in-home, school, and community ABA services in Colorado.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification through the BACB.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and clinical decision making skills.
• Comfortable working in home and community settings.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Experience supervising RBTs preferred.
• New BCBAs are welcome to apply. Mentorship and support are available.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide ongoing supervision and support to RBTs and behavior technicians
• Lead parent training and collaborate with caregivers to support consistency across environments
• Review client progress and make data based treatment decisions
• Maintain documentation that meets BACB, HIPAA, and Colorado Medicaid standards
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary providers and community supports when appropriate
• Participate in ongoing clinical collaboration and team communication
