Job summary

Advanta Autism Care is seeking a part-time BCBA to supervise clients in the Aurora and greater Denver area through in home, community based, and telehealth supervision when appropriate.

Join a growing ABA provider serving children and families across Colorado Front Range with a focus on collaboration, clinical quality, and meaningful progress. Remote work is offered with flexible scheduling and manageable caseloads.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide ongoing supervision and support to RBTs and behavior technicians
• Lead parent training and collaborate with caregivers for consistency
• Review client progress and make data-based treatment decisions
• Maintain documentation meeting BACB, HIPAA, and Colorado Medicaid standards
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary providers and community supports
• Participate in ongoing clinical collaboration and team communication
