Qualifications

• Master's degree and current BCBA certification (required).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Spanish speaking is valued but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise individualized behavior support plans, mentor and guide behavior technicians, complete assessments, and collaborate closely with families and interdisciplinary professionals to promote meaningful client outcomes.
• Facilitate staff trainings, evaluate team performance, and help strengthen a collaborative and positive work environment.
• Attendance at IEP and IFSP meetings may be required to support client advocacy and coordination of services.
