Job summary

Ad Astra Behavior Analytic Services in Corona, California, seeks a passionate BCBA to join our growing team in a full-time role offering competitive pay and flexible scheduling. You will provide clinical leadership, supervise technicians, and develop individualized behavior plans to drive meaningful progress for children with autism along with families and interdisciplinary staff.

You will collaborate with families, oversee assessments, attend IEP/IFSP meetings when required, and travel locally

Qualifications

• Master's degree and BCBA certification required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel locally and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Developing and supervising individualized behavior support plans
• Mentoring and guiding behavior technicians
• Completing assessments
• Collaborating with families and interdisciplinary professionals to support client outcomes
• Facilitating staff trainings
• Evaluating team performance
• Supporting a collaborative and positive work environment
• Attending IEP and IFSP meetings, as required, to support client advocacy and coordination of services
