Responsibilities

• Provide direct and consultative behavioral services to students, staff, and families.
• Conduct FBAs and develop BIPs.
• Consult with school teams to implement and monitor interventions.
• Provide coaching and supervision to RBT under BACB requirements.
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families to support student outcomes.
