Job summary

Easterseals Southern California is seeking a qualified Social Skills Program Manager to monitor clinical quality of social skills groups, lead caregiver training, and supervise a team of Social Skills associates. The role emphasizes data-driven treatment decisions and collaboration with families and health care providers.

Requires a Master’s degree in a relevant field, BCBA certification (or MFT/licensed psychologist). 3 years of ASD experience and 1–2 years of management are needed.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field (ECE/Development/Psychology).
• BCBA certification or MFT or licensed psychologist in good standing.
• 3 years of related professional experience with children with ASD in a multi-disciplinary setting.
• 1–2 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze clinical quality of social skills groups.
• Lead caregiver training activities and supervise Social Skills associates.
• Maintain group capacity and attendance standards (≥80%).
• Oversee billing accuracy for direct reports across groups.
• Coordinate with families and health care providers to ensure workflow.
• Conduct assessments and supervise team to guide treatment decisions.
