Qualifications
Certified as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst.
Minimum of 1 year experience with children or adults with special needs.
Ability to meet rigorous demands including lifting children up to 50 lbs.
Responsibilities
Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
Review and interpret data, modify treatment plans.
Consult with families on treatment concerns.
