Job summary

A leading ABA therapy provider in West Windsor seeks a dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their team. This role offers competitive pay ranging from $85k to $95k, full-time Monday to Friday, with a small caseload and generous benefits including medical insurance and up to $6000 annual incentive. BCBAs will provide supervision, manage treatment plans, and conduct family consultations. The ideal candidate will have BCBA certification and a master's degree, with experience in behavioral analysis for special needs individuals.

Qualifications

• Certified as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst.
• Minimum of 1 year experience with children or adults with special needs.
• Ability to meet rigorous demands including lifting children up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review and interpret data, modify treatment plans.
• Consult with families on treatment concerns.
