Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety of clients and staff through routine safety checks and protocols.
• Provide direct supervision and mentorship with performance feedback.
• Oversee scheduling, staffing, and site metrics to meet operational goals.
• Lead weekly billing calls and coordinate with Intake & Billing to prepare for new clients.
• Collaborate with TAC leadership on policies ensuring alignment between clinical practice and operations.
