Job summary

Hope Clinical Care in Springfield, IL is seeking a BCBA Clinical Site Director to lead our Autism Clinic site. The role directs clinical delivery, supervises staff, ensures safety, scheduling, and compliance with organizational policies.

You will mentor clinicians, manage site metrics, coordinate with intake and billing, and oversee recruiting and onboarding. Salary up to $95,000 annually, relocation assistance, and a $5,000–$10,000 commitment bonus are available.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience working with individuals with ASD.
• Previous BCBA supervision or Site Director experience.
• Strong communication skills across modalities.
• Ability to be highly collaborative and mentor staff.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety of all site‑assigned clients and staff via routine safety checks.
• Provide direct supervision and professional development to direct reports.
• Oversee supervision of Level 1 clinicians and fieldwork students.
• Monitor site metrics and staffing, ensure therapy is delivered under active authorization.
• Lead weekly billing call with scheduling and coordination.
• Act as liaison for parents beyond the BCBA scope.
• Collaborate to align policies with clinical practices.
• Complete required documentation per timelines.
• Manage site scheduling and onboarding to ensure capacity.
• Oversee hiring/onboarding of Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with Marketing for community partnerships.
• Ensure compliance with Hope/TAC policies.
• Provide care as needed.
