Job summary
Key Autism Services is seeking board-certified BCBAs to join our nationwide team delivering ABA services to children and families. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise BTs/RBTs, and collaborate with families in home or clinic settings.

Qualifications
- Must have a current BCBA Certification and LABA where applicable by state.
- Master's Degree in ABA or related field.
- Comfortable working with families and providing in-home services.
- Transportation to client homes or centers as needed.
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial assessments and reassessments and write progress reports.
- Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans.
- Supervise and train BTs/RBTs to ensure treatment fidelity.
- Provide support, instruction, and feedback to families and caregivers.
- Conduct functional assessments and functional analyses when needed.
- Review program effectiveness, monitor data, and graph/monitor progress.
